My long term flatmate has just moved out and I am looking for a female to join me in my home.
The room is north facing, sunny and is furnished (although if you want to bring your own bed/furniture that's okay). You also get the use of the main bathroom as your "en suite" as I have my own. The bathroom gets used when visitors come but for the majority of the time it's all yours!
The room is available now. Rent includes all expenses apart from food.
There is a double carport so you can park your car in there.
Molly also lives here. She's got four legs, fur and meows every now and then. She loves cuddles.
If you're easy going, can cook for yourself, tidy, quiet and looking for a home and a sanctuary let's chat!
About me: I'm in my early 50's and have lived here for 13 years. I own the home. I work full time with a mixture of in the office and then at home. I am social and enjoy opening my home for barbecues/board game evenings. I also like adventuring around the place, going for brunches etc. But I'm essentially a Nana and enjoy being home, watching the next Netflix season etc.
