The room and house both get a lot of light and is quite spacious with a decent wardrobe. The room can fit double bed and a desk.
Rent: $250/week
Rent in advance : 1 week plus bond (4 weeks rent($1000)
Move in date : Now/ASAP

House will be furnished but rooms are not furnished. The house is a two storey and has all the basic things such as pots/pans/washing machine/furniture/tv/etc. There is one toilet downstairs and another bathroom upstairs which will be shared by all three.
About us: Two 26 year old girls Catholic girls who work in Auckland City. we enjoy watching movies, quiet nights in, but also socialising! Not a party flat but happy to have flat dinners together.
