The space comes fully furnished with quality items - washing machine, heated towel rail, super king bed & linen, oil heater, dehumidifier, heat pump and smart TV. The kitchen is also good to go, including jug, microwave, fridge & freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, crockery and utensils. You have your own deck and bbq to use too.
Frogs, dogs, chickens and occasionally other animals are part of the landscape here so if you are an animal lover and garden lover that’s a bonus (additional pets welcome!).
Negotiable (for additional cost): one off-street carpark, and garage storage. Also, your own desk/study area for WFH or study in our carpeted, quiet and warm office, off the garage. Wifi, power, gas, water etc. is shared with the home owner and this is a flatmate situation (not boarding/tenancy).
Would love someone who likes their own space but who is also happy to share a meal or hospitality now and again. Happy for you to socialize/have friends over, and occasional guest/s (there is a fold-out single bed and double couch-bed). Our place has a quiet, rural feel especially with living so close to the Te Ahumairangi town belt – you can pop out the door and be in the hills/forest within 2mins. Town and Vic uni are a ten min drive away or 30-45 min walk.
