We keep a clean and organised home, sharing household chores on a chore wheel that changes weekly. The spacious room fits a Queen bed with plenty of room for left for other furniture and has plenty of storage space. You will be sharing a bathroom with one flatmate. Off-street parking available. The room is $175/week, and household bills range from $25-$30 per week depending on the time of year which we put into a flat bills account. The bond is $500.
