We are in our mid-twenties and enjoy a variety of activities; from music, sports and crafts to growing a little vege patch in the backyard. The house is on a large section and is approximately halfway between Tauranga CBD and Mt Maunganui.
Rent is $215 per week, excluding expenses (power, water, internet, lawns) and the room is available any time from the 30th of August. The bond is $900, and two weeks' rent in advance ($430) also needs to be paid upfront before moving in. No pets, smokers, or couples, please!
