Furniture includes Linen (optional), Queen Bed, Table & chairs, bedside cabinets, lamps, small couch, clothes hangar and storage cupboards.
We're looking for a guy or gal, you'll be living with a mixed bunch of peeps - three guys, one lady and one teenager (on the same property).
We’re busy but friendly, looking for one more housemate, preferably a lady to balance things up a bit. No need to integrate meals - although we enjoy the occasional shared bbq and always up for a catch-up yarn.
Currently we have a flyfishing guide staying for a couple of months in his off-season, and we also rent this sleepout on AirBnB, which people love, but always open to having a longer-term person make it their hangs. Apart from AirBnB guests and the odd friend., over the last five years, this sleepout has hosted guys and gals, most recently a couple from the U.K, and prior for eighteen months an early childcare teacher, before that a trainee nurse, a newly married Indian couple for a year before they had a baby, and a solo Dad with a two-year-old. We're open to consider anybody as a good fit.
No pets please, and non-smokers only.
The rear of the property is separately fenced with a relaxing and peaceful outlook and has a large deck and fish pond, outdoor fireplace and bbq (free to use) plus outdoor furniture.
We keep things pretty chilled around here; everyone works hard so this is our chilled vibes hangout. Everyday interests include a mixed bag of dance, music, surfing, hunting & flyfishing.
Electricity, gas, water, wifi, gardens & rubbish duties all covered.
