Large furnished Sleepout in a safe Christ-honouring environment available, with Ensuite (gas hot water) and Kitchenette with Fridge-Freezer, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Benchtop Oven & Hob. Great back yard outdoor living area with pond and deck. Main kitchen, Living, Bbq and laundry use also included, close to city centre, beach, public transport & shops.
Furniture includes Linen (optional), Queen Bed, Table & chairs, bedside cabinets, lamps, small couch, clothes hangar and storage cupboards.
You'll be living with a bunch of guys (ages 16, 21 and 40's) and a friendly dog on the same property. There’s a main house, plus a second sleepout, also semi-self-contained.
You're free to come and go as you please. No pressure to share meals, although we enjoy the bbq - no dramas.
This sleepout has hosted mainly single ladies, the last for eighteen months being an early childcare teacher, among others a trainee nurse, also a newly married couple for a year, and a solo Dad for a bit. We're open to consider anybody as a good fit.
No pets please, and non-smokers only.
The rear of the property is separately fenced with a relaxing and peaceful outlook and has a large deck and fish pond, outdoor fireplace and bbq (free to use) and outdoor furniture.
We keep things pretty chilled around here.
Recreational pastimes of the lads are mainly outdoors-focused/musical, with a couple of different churches attended.
Electricity, gas, water, wifi, gardens, rubbish sorted on top.
