Hello! We have a large bedroom available in our lovely sunny girls' flat in Mt Wellington and are looking for a female Christian flatmate to move in from ANZAC weekend. The room is on the ground floor and has an ensuite bathroom. The house was built 5-ish years ago, is really spacious, and has a deck, large open plan kitchen and lounge, and extra guest toilet. There are 2 garage spots and one off-street parking that we rotate between the four of us. Excellent walking from the end of our cul-de-sac around the Panmure Basin, and we are right near Sylvia Park.
We are 3 girls between 25 and 29, and would mainly describe ourselves as social introverts - we love watching shows and movies together sometimes, board games, chats, walks, or takeaways at the beach. We work as a teacher, musician, and lawyer, and go to different churches in Auckland. Flat dinner is once a week, occasionally we’ll cook together other times.
Rent is $244 per week, plus $31 expenses, which includes one weekly flat dinner, utilities, wifi, and flat staples like toilet paper, cleaning things, some food staples etc. Rent paid a week in advance, bond is $900.
We will be sadly farewelling many of the sumptuous houseplants in the photos so any greenery you may provide would be welcomed with open arms.
