You would be joining four other Christian girls aged between 23 - 26. We all go to church & love Jesus. Three working professionals and one PhD student. We are all quite busy & active girls, but have built good friendships with one another. We are social but all enjoy our own time. We would love someone to join us. We are looking for someone: Christian, clean & tidy and respectful of noise & others.
You would also get a carpark!! We have a double garage & two carparks behind it.
This last year we shared cooking dinners five days a week, with each of taking a night Sunday–Thursday. We found that worked well, but are super flexible!
It is in an excellent location, quite literally right next to the Remuera Train Station, and close to bus routes. If you’re into the gym we have a gym less than 1 min walk away. About the available room: $250 pw (expenses on top). A very decent size room on the bottom floor! You’d be sharing the bathroom with one other girl. It could fit a king or queen bed, with a desk, drawer and whatever else. It doesn’t have a wardrobe but you can buy the wardrobe set in the pictures from the current flattie.
