Down the road from a countdown, Mcdonalds and close bus stops. Very close to city center. Rent includes power, unlimited fiber internet, lawn mowing and household items. Food & meals not included (each flatmate fends for themselves!) Also off street parking is available, we have a double garage and a spare park out the front so can easily fit 3 cars off the road. Space is also available in the garage to store additional belongings if needed.
Bond is 2 weeks rent, and 1 week rent in advance. The room is master bedroom size, large enough for a King bed, desk, drawers, chair etc and has 2 windows and a large closet. This room is unfurnished but we can provide a single bed if required. The house is also fully furnished but can store additional furniture.
