The Space Includes:
2 x Double Bedrooms (One furnished with a bed, desk, and chair; one unfurnished).
Private Lounge and Dining area.
Kitchenette with plugin induction hub, bar fridge, microwave with oven capabilities.
Private Bathroom.
2 x Off-street carparks.
The wing comes mostly furnished with 2 couches, a small dining table, and a TV. We are looking for clean, reliable flatmates who value a quiet and respectful home environment.
WIFI included.
Location Highlights: 2 minute drive to Te Atatu South motorway onramp. 5 minute drive to Lincoln road. 5 minute walk to bus stop.
The Logistics:
For a Couple: $500 rent + $100 expenses = $600/week.
For 1 Person: $450 rent + $50 expenses = $500/week.
Move-in costs (2 weeks’ bond + 1 week’s rent in advance): Single: $1,400 total Couple: $1,600 total
Notes: $50 per week expenses covers power, water, and unlimited fiber. This is based on normal/fair usage and may be revisited if the actual bills spike (e.g., heavy heater use in winter)."
While there is no laundry on-site, there is a great laundromat conveniently located just down the road.
