The flat is owned by the Karori Baptist Church, with most of the flatmates attending KBC or other churches in the area. The tenant-landlord relationship is very pleasant, the house is healthy homes compliant, and maintenance requests are dealt with promptly.
You would have 5 awesome flatmates (3 guys, 2 girls), whose ages range from first year uni students to young professionals in their early 20s. We‘re often busy doing our own thing, but we enjoy sharing the space with each other.
