I am leaving Palmy due to work, so we are looking for a new flatmate for our lovely 4-bedroom flat in Palmerston North Central.
Located close to supermarkets and UCOL, with a convenient bus stop down the street. Parking is available on the driveway.
It is a double bedroom with space for a queen bed, dresser and desk, also includes a built-in wardrobe.
Looking for a Christian female student/young professional aged between 20-25, who is tidy, easy-going and will pay bills on time.
You will be living with 3 friendly female students/young professionals aged 20-24, who are busy most of the time either studying or working but are keen for movie nights on weekends and are always keen to chat when they can.
The rent is $147.50 per week; Electricity is between $50 - $80 a month per person; Wi-Fi is a fixed $22.50 a month per person.
The chores are split up monthly, so you'll do 1 chore for a month then switch with someone else.
The room will be available from the 2nd of May and Bond is $590.
