We’re on the lookout for two flatmates to join us in one of the best spots in Ōtautahi - Sumner! Our place is an 8 minute walk from the beach.
Our home has three and a half bedrooms (ones pretty small), a spacious kitchen and a garage. One of the bedrooms is a detached sleep out. We’ve got off-street parking for a couple of cars and there’s always plenty of parking available on the street. Both of our current flatmates are returning home to Canada.
We’re both 25 and are social, chill and into the outdoors. My wife is a lawyer and I’m a nurse. We’re into surfing, hiking, reading, running and all sorts of other stuff. Our ideal flatmates enjoy hanging out together, but also respect each other’s space.
- Move-in date: One room will be available from May 1st and the sleep out will be available form May 22nd
- Rent: $200/week + $25 for expenses.
- Bond: $800
