We are looking for a new female flatmate to take over one of the rooms in our 5 bedroom flat, located in Epsom, central Auckland.
🌸 You'll be living with 4 other Christian girls in their early 20s, friendly, easy-going and all studying full-time/working part-time.
🌸 The flat vibe is social, enjoy chatting over shared dinners, and the occasional outing, but equally respect each other’s space.
🌸 About your room - The room available has its own external entrance, a short walk across the porch to the front door (you will have your own key into the house). A spacious room with a large window, so is very sunny and plenty of light during the day.
Easily fits a double bed, drawers, desk etc., and also has plenty of wardrobe space and cupboards/shelving for storage.
The house includes two full bathrooms - you'll be sharing with 2 other girls.
Can fit two cars in the driveway - only 3 of us have cars so one person has been parking on the street (plenty of spaces).
We have a washing machine, and a washing line to dry your clothes outside.
🌸 About the neighbourhood - Very safe, lots of lovely trees and greenery, plus the house is walking distance to Cornwall park! Very close to the essentials - 3 min drive to the Royal Oak Pak n Save, and a quick 3 min walk to the bus stop. Overall is a lovely neighbourhood with some nice spots, such as cafes etc., within walking distance to explore.
