The flatmates You'll be flatting with four awesome Christian dudes aged 22 - 27. All working full time. Two attend to The Street Night, one at Gracenet and one at Arise. There's a great supportive flat culture, dinner cooking/cleaning is shared throughout the week. Everyone is fairly busy with work, church and other commitments, but we socialise when we can. Whoever is home will eat dinner together and love a board game or a good yarn. It's a great feeling to know that four days of the week you'll have an awesome dinner cooked for you.
The flat The flat gets plenty of sun and is nice and dry. There's a big lounge space with double glazing and a Heatpump. The kitchen is brand new with an induction hob and dish washer. There are two bathrooms with infinite gas hot water. The laundry has a washing machine and dryer. There's an internal garage we use as a multi purpose room, great for projects, table tennis, or having a jam. It's just a sort walk to the Jville shops. There's a bus stop literally across the road for the n.1 which takes you into town.
The room The room is 3mx4m with a built in wardrobe. It gets great afternoon sun. Rent is $167 and expenses $70 per week including 5 dinners (absolute steal).
You The ideal person is a Christian guy in their 20s - 30s who is respectful, will get stuck into cleaning and is happy to cook for the flat one night a week.
