We're looking for a 4 (or 5) person flat, but currently have a group of 3 of us, aged 20, 2 male, 1 female. We are looking for another flatmate to join our hunt for a flat.
2 of us study at UC while the other has plans to study next year. We are a very social group and love the idea of hosting quite frequently, whether its Bible studies, dinners, games nights, worship nights etc.
A bit about us; we enjoy surfing, camping/tramping, spontaneous side quests, hosting, road trips, sweet treat outings and socializing, although do need time to ourselves and can be independent when necessary.
We're looking for someone who also loves hosting and having people round, someone whos keen to get involved with the flat and is overall a fun, chill, tidy person.
A couple of us are working on our own businesses, so if you're also a founder or aspiring business owner, it's a great encouraging environment for you!
We haven't yet found a place. We are currently attending veiwings within a 20 min bike to UC range. Our budget is under $185 each for rent. And looking to find a place within the next month or so.
