My flatmate and I are looking for someone to fill the spare room, as our current flatmates are moving on. I (the co-owner) stay in a self-contained sleepout at the rear of the section, and usually only use the laundry in the main house. There are 2 bedrooms in the main house, one of which is now available.
The available room is 10 m². The room itself will be unfurnished, apart from an optional bed which can be provided should you desire.
Cost
Rent is $250 p/w, plus a third share of the monthly power bill (internet is already included in the rent).
If you are a couple looking for a room, the rent will be $300 p/w for you both (i.e. $150 each), plus an equal split of the power between all individuals (internet included).
The flatmates
I (James, mid 30s) work in youth ministry at my church, and as a carer/support worker for people with an intellectual disability. As mentioned above, I stay in the rear granny flat attached to the garage. I also have a dog, who lives with me in the back - we have a fenced off back yard so you won't have to interact with the dog if you'd prefer not to.
The other flatmate is a mid 40s male. You and he will share the lounge, kitchen and bathroom.
We both attend St. Stephen's Anglican Church.

Prior to moving in, a bond + first weeks rent in advance will be payable to the head tenant (myself).
There is off street parking space on the lawn for one vehicle.
