Welcome to the Matai Manor, a beautiful new-build home. It's Matt and Pete here, we're looking for a new flatmate, ideally someone in their late 20s or 30s who is also Christian.
A guys would be preferred but could work for the right female.
We're both in our late 20s and 30s, into our sports and involved at church. Matt loves hiking and is a marketing professional, Pete's a gym and fitness buff and works for the government.
Move in from 29 August.
We have just the room for you, it's the sunny, warm and cosy - can fit a Queen bed, plus small wardrobe. Bathroom is shared with just one other.
The house is just 2 years old, warm, dry and sunny, with 3 bathrooms and a delightful deck. Usual 4 weeks for bond, plus expenses covering internet, water, gas, power and household expenses.
Premium location - right next to the motorway and we're just 7-10 minutes walk to Cornwall Park and the train station.
