It is a lovely unit, which is independant. It has all been recently refurbed, with the bathroom brand new. Part of home but locked off appropriately. It is currently unfurnished, though we do have some furniture available if required (including an under bench fridge to fill a space if required ).
The studio has standard insulation, but has its own heat pump and airco. Single glazed windows. Studio is carpeted, kitchen and ensuite have tiles (bathroom has underfloor heating).
There is off street parking, one for unit, and space for visitors as needed.
Photos are with the unit as being used as my office, and all furniture will be removed for letting.
The studio gets afternoon sun. There is a sunscreen blind and roman blind on studio window accordingly.
There are two steps up in to the kitchen area, otherwise everything is flat.
