The room is a double room with a decent wardrobe space and good sunlight. It is $210pw plus $35 expenses (which cover electricity, power, fibre wifi, cleaning products and basic food items such as milk, spices, oils, spreads etc).
Other Benefits:
No Extra Costs: All extra costs are covered by the owner: e.g. covering rent if someone moves out, appliance repairs, higher than expected bills. All you need to pay is your room and expenses listed above.
Longevity: The flat has been running for 4 years (with different, but consistent people) and is stable. The owner of the property wants it to remain as a flat for the long term.
Make it Your Own: The owner of the property wants people to feel like it is their home, and is happy for people to put things on the walls etc.
A little bit about the house: The house is located down a driveway on Wairau Rd. It is 2min from the motorway and only 15min from the CBD in non-peak traffic times. It is also 7-8min drive from several beaches including Mairangi Bay, Campbells Bay, Milford, Takapuna. We have lovely neighbours and lots of fruit trees (lemons, limes, feijoas, mandarins, oranges and plums (yet to fruit yet though).

A little bit about us. We are currently a flat of two males (29, 31) and one female (31) and ideally looking for a female between 23-35 to keep the balance. Although we are open to whoever if it is the right fit! One is in IT, one works for the government, and one works in ministry. We are all part of local churches. We are all pretty busy but like to hang out with each other every now and then. It's important that whoever joins our flat fits well and respects people's boundaries.
Chores: We do the same chore every week. The four chores are: the supermarket shop, the bathrooms, the lawns and outside care and vacuuming/surfaces. This works pretty well, and we are keen on having someone who does their part. We are reasonably flexible on who does what.
