The house has been freshly renovated with a brand-new kitchen, bathroom, and laundry, new carpet, and a ventilation system that keeps it warm and dry. There’s a large sunny deck and entertaining area, with a spa pool on the way.
Location: 1/14 Kupari Place – a quiet cul-de-sac with a local park nearby. Easy access to the motorway, Link Drive shops, and Sunnynook Busway for public transport.

The Rooms:
One Double bedroom available – $250/week + $40 expenses (covers power, water, fibre Wi-Fi, laundry, and basics).
One spare double bed available if furnishing is needed.
Parking: One garage for storage or parking, plus two off-street car parks up the driveway. Plenty of on-street parking available.
Move-in details:
Available late Early February. Can move in sooner if negotiated.
Bond = 4 weeks’ rent

About me and the flat: I’m in my early 30s, active and easy-going. I’m looking for flatmates who are tidy, respectful, and social. This isn’t a party house, but I’d love a home where people are open to sharing meals occasionally, catching up over a chat, and having friends around for a BBQ or relaxed evening together.
