We have Scott (a counselling student at Laidlaw College), Daniel (a PhD student at Auckland University), and Sparsh (working in care support). We are all independent and enjoy our downtime but are always available for good banter and meaningful conversation when around the house.
The house is within close driving range of Pak'n'save Mt. Albert, Woolworths Lynfield, and LynnMall, and there are plenty of public transport options available such as the New Lynn train station. One of the current flatmates also has a Costco membership until the end of September.
Rent is $200 per week, and expenses are approximately $30 per week. There is also a bond of $800 (4 weeks rent). Viewings can be scheduled by contacting the listed email with most evenings being possible.
