Bit about us
we're a group of 4 males currently all working, studying, or both - 20s & 30s. We're a very chill flat and aren't the most energetic bunch at times but always up for a good flat outing, Firepit, movie night or getting food.
About the room:
Rent is $185 per week, all-inclusive (including all utilities (power, wifi) and flat necessities like toilet paper, kitchen stuff, etc)
Odd shape but happily fits a queen bed (pictured), inbuilt closet and room for storage.
Room faces the sun in the morning and looks over the deck.
Off-site parking is available, as well as plenty of quiet on-road parking as we're in a cul de sac.
Very close to a bus stop to the city / Grafton and to West Auckland
Walking distance to some shops / takeaways and a few parks in the area.
The flat also has a large deck and outdoor space for enjoying the sunshine, as well as a large garage we use for storage
About you:
Preferably same age range - 20s & 30s
Male or a female who doesnt mind / has experience living with males (theres 4 of us)
Tidy, clean and considerate and able to help with chores
Open to anyone but if you're introverted, out of home a lot or dont mind the quiet you'll be a great fit as we usually keep to ourselves after work.
Good communication skills - we try keep each other up to date with goings on and chores.
