A few of us have just secured an awesome new place in St Albans to move into starting July 16th (the perfect fresh start after our previous tenancy finished up). We’re looking for one more awesome person to join the household and sign onto the new lease with us from day one!
Right now, the crew consists of two guys and one girl. we are a mix of two students and one full-time worker. To keep a nice, balanced dynamic in the house, we are specifically looking for another female to join the flat, but we are open to males as well.

Move-in Date: Thursday, 16th July
Location: St Albans
Rent: $220 per week
Bond is $750.
the rent includes Power + Gigabit Internet and household essentials like cleaning products and toilet paper so no one has to fight over who bought the last roll.
Who We’re Looking For:
We really want to build a genuine flat community, we love our social flat nights. Whether that’s getting competitive over board games, winding down with a movie, or doing Bible studies together. Between us, we’re super into gaming, sports, and heading out for walks, and we’d love to find someone who shares those same interests and values!
