You will be joining some lovely people, from different parts of the world and attending different churches. The flat is a welcoming space to call home.
We are a short walking distance of Cornwall Park. The house is down a quiet road but conveniently located near bus stops (a couple of which go directly into town), shops and cafes. There is a generous kitchen, outdoor area, and heaps of space.
The bedroom fits a double bed and has a sliding door that leads to the back garden. Rent is $270 plus $30 for expenses and shared items (milk, spices etc), and the bond is $760.
